CUSTOM ORDERS
When placing custom orders,
Here’s how it works.
A minimum deposit of at least 10% of total purchase price is required to start production.
Additional payments of any size can be made at any time during the building process. However, cumulative payments must total 20% of total purchase price in order to advance your build to the next sequential process. For Example, 10% gets you into the queue and wood cutting stage.
Once wood parts are cut and sanded, an additional 20% (cumulative) payment must be reached to advance into the paint/finishing department. Once finishing is complete another 20% advances your build to the assembly stage etc. This allows customers to pay for instruments on their own schedule, and takes away the stress of large deposits and payment schedules.
